What filters can be used to targeted a specific audience with reviews and surveys?

Reputation Management → Review Tool Settings → Reconfigure → Survey/Review Settings

You may filter by:

- Patient status, to send to active, Inactive, or all patients.

- Provider, to include or exclude specific providers

- Appointment codes, to include or exclude specific appointment codes attached to scheduled appointments

- Operatories, to include or exclude specific operatories
