What information does a tracked call provide?
Tracking numbers provide information about the calls and displays the results in the portal in Marketing Tracker and in Call Analysis
This includes:
- The number of potential new patients that called in (i.e. MT detects if a call is from a new or existing patient) - In MT
- If the call converted into an appointment - In MT
- The revenue generated from each lead - In MT
- Basic info about the call such as date, time, duration, and name of the caller - In CA
- The content of the call (You may read or listen to the conversation) - In CA
- The classification of the call into different categories such as "Appt requested", "Appt. made", "Appt discussed", etc... - In CA
