How do I temporarily deactivate our reminders?
To deactivate your reminders, go to Patient Engagement → Settings → Appointment Reminders → Email, text, or phone reminder → Set up → Edit and toggle the green button to OFF.
Once you are ready to reactivate the reminder, you will just need to do the same steps and toggle the button back to ON.
If you are editing an email reminder, you will need to save the design page before getting to the set up page to toggle the button OFF.
