How do I unsubscribe a patient from receiving Reviews or Surveys?

Patient Profile → Communication Preferences

Opting out on a patient's behalf is easy!

In their Patient profile, under Communication Preferences, uncheck the communication they wish to unsubscribe from. 

Opting out of surveys or reviews

Reviews preferences are logged under "Surveys"

If the patient ever changes their mind, or if they accidently unsubscribed from an email or text we sent them, you may check the communication back at any time.
