Are text campaigns free?

Text surveys and reviews are included in the Reputation Management package. 

Text reminders and automated campaigns are included in the Patient Engagement package.

One time text campaigns are at a cost of $0.0375/text. 

To calculate the total of texts before launching the campaign, make sure to first save the campaign, and check out the Patient Count Estimate
